Business cards
A card per person, in the Prime navy, laid out like the existing Medical Imaging Partnership cards. The back carries a QR code that saves the contact straight to a phone rather than opening a web page.
Printing with printed.com. Open a card, leave the bleed box ticked, and print to PDF at 100% scale. That gives two pages, details then brand, at 85 × 55 mm with 3 mm bleed and crop marks, which is what they ask for. Their press prefers CMYK; a PDF from a browser is RGB, so ask them to convert, or hand the artwork to a designer if the navy has to match a swatch exactly.
