Quality and safety
The test we hold ourselves to is simple: would we be comfortable if an inspector read this page next to a patient who had a bad outcome. Here is how we try to earn a yes.
Our accreditations
Both companies are registered with the Care Quality Commission. Our accreditations cover quality management, imaging standards and information security.
Duty of candour
If something goes wrong with your care, we will tell you, plainly and promptly. We will explain what happened, say sorry, and set out what we are doing about it. That is our legal duty, and it is also simply how we think patients should be treated.
You said, we did
We ask patients what would make their visit better, and we act on it. This section will carry specific examples of changes we have made because a patient told us to, updated as they happen.
Your visit, your way
Tell us at booking what would make your visit easier, an interpreter, a wheelchair space, a longer appointment, a quiet place to wait, someone in the room with you, and it is arranged before you arrive rather than sorted out at the desk. You do not need to give a reason.
Reviewed clinical content
Our clinical pages carry the name of the consultant who reviewed them and the date they were reviewed, so you can see the information came from someone qualified and how current it is.
