Image use terms
These terms apply to any photograph downloaded from a Prime Health press gallery. Downloading an image means you accept them.
What you may do
- Use the images in editorial coverage of Prime Health or Medical Imaging Partnership: news articles, trade press, newsletters, and your own social posts about us.
- Crop or resize an image to fit your layout.
- Credit us where the format allows. "Prime Health" is enough.
What you may not do
- Do not alter the content of an image. Retouching, compositing, adding or removing people or objects, or anything that changes what the photograph shows, is not permitted. Cropping and resizing are fine.
- Do not use an image to advertise or endorse anything else. These are not stock photographs, and the people in them have not agreed to appear in someone else's marketing.
- Do not suggest a person in an image is a patient. Everybody photographed was a guest, a colleague or a clinician at our relaunch event. Presenting any of them as a patient would be untrue and a serious breach of their privacy.
- Do not resell, sub-licence or redistribute the images, or add them to a stock library or an AI training set.
- Do not use an image in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or that places a person in it in a bad light.
Rights
Copyright in the photographs stays with Prime Health and the commissioned photographer. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use them for the purposes above. We can ask you to stop using an image and take it down, and you agree to do so.
The people in the photographs
These images were taken at a private event by a commissioned photographer, and they show identifiable people. If you appear in one of these photographs and would rather not, write to enquiries@prime-health.co.uk and we will remove it. We will act on that quickly and will not ask you for a reason.
The email address you give us
We ask for an email address so we know who is holding our photography and can reach you if an image has to be withdrawn. We use it for that, and to answer you if you get in touch. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a download. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal data and how to ask us to delete it.
Questions, or a request we have not covered
If you want an image for something outside these terms, ask. We would rather say yes to a clear request than find out afterwards. Write to enquiries@prime-health.co.uk.
