This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on this website, and how you can accept or reject them. Last reviewed 1 September 2026.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, including localStorage, which we use to remember your cookie choice, behave in the same way for the purposes of this policy. We refer to them all as “cookies” below.
How we use cookies
Prime Health uses a small number of cookies. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell any information about you. Where a third-party service (like a reviews widget) sets its own cookies, we only load that service after you have accepted.

External links open in a new tab (Google Maps, Apple Maps, our booking portals), those services set their own cookies once you arrive there, subject to their own policies, and we have no control over them.
Your choices
The first time you visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Rejecting non-essential cookies means the Doctify reviews widget will not load and Microsoft Clarity analytics will not run; the rest of the site works normally.
You can also block cookies in your browser’s settings. If you do that, most of the site will still work, but the reviews widget will not appear.
