Dr Christopher Lam

I have worked as a General Practitioner since 2005. I deal with all aspects of family medicine and treat patients of all ages from babies through to the elderly. I have developed a specialist interest in Urgent Care and Pre-hospital care and dedicate one day a week improving these skills in my local Emergency Department. I also have a keen interest in Men’s health and Sports Medicine.

I offer a holistic approach to General Practice and provide healthcare for patients of any age both male and female. My services include the maintenance of physical and mental well-being, urgent medical conditions, and routine and occupational health checks including sport-related physicals especially combat sports-related.

I have a passion for Pre-Hospital medicine and sports medicine – mainly concentrating on combat sports. I am currently one of the most senior physicians working for the British Boxing Board of Control. I also run the UK’s most experienced company providing medical cover for combat sports events. The experience and knowledge I have gained has enabled me to travel to the other side of the world providing consultancy services within this field of medicine.
