Referrer portal

Imaging for the patients you have referred to us, online, whenever you need it. The portal is run by Medical Imaging Partnership and covers Prime Health referrals.

Getting an account

If you do not have a login yet, use Apply for an account on the sign-in page, or call the referral team on 0330 025 2100 and we will arrange it. If you have an account but cannot get in, use Forgot password on the same page before calling us, as it resolves most of them.

If you would rather not use the portal

You do not have to. Every referral route works without it, and a consultant radiologist report comes back to you within a short turnaround either way.

Call the referral team on 0330 025 2100 to discuss a patient or arrange a scan.
Email a referral to enquiries@prime-health.co.uk.
For image transfer, call 03300 250150.

Trouble signing in? Call 0330 025 2100 and ask for the referral team. Please do not email patient-identifiable information to us in order to get around a login problem.
