Whether you’re returning from injury, recovering from back pain or you want to improve your mobility, our physiotherapy-led Pilates class at Prime Health Surrey will enhance your body awareness and restore efficient movement in your everyday life.

At Prime Health we understand that if you’ve been injured, have reduced mobility, or simply want to improve your body strength, having regular access to expert-led functional training and care is important. You want to be confident that any exercise you undertake is safe, will be beneficial and is of an exceptional standard.

At our centre in Surrey, we have launched a dedicated physiotherapy-led Pilates class.

Held every Monday from 12.30 pm-1.30 pm, the class will focus on a bespoke combination of functional movements and breathing techniques. The class is taught by Chartered Physiotherapist, Nina Robinson (MCSP HCPC).

About our physio-led Pilates class

If you are new to Pilates, we would advise booking a 30-minute 1-1 session with Nina, to go through the principles of Pilates and your goals for the session.

  • Classes are 1 hour.
  • Attendees are required to bring their own mat and small equipment.
  • Classes cost £25
  • A block of 6 classes costs £132 (£22 per class).

About Nina

Nina is a Chartered Physiotherapist with more than 30 years clinical experience. Over the years, Nina has helped many people of all ages with a huge variety of musculoskeletal problems.

She is a JEMS UK Certified Rehabilitation practitioner and an APPI Pilates Instructor.

Through her hands-on treatment approach, Nina aims to identify the root cause of her patient’s problems and enable them to achieve ease and freedom of movement within their body.

What are the benefits of Physio-Led Pilates?
